• Customer Analysis: Assist in conducting an analysis of customers who apply for mortgages. Starting from checking customer financial data, verifying the required documents, and analyzing the customer's financial ability to fulfill mortgage payment obligations.
• Mortgage submission: The process of submitting mortgages and can play a role in processing these applications. This includes verifying customer personal data, analyzing credit risk, and preparing documents related to mortgage applications.
• Property Valuation: Field survey related to the property appraisal process submitted as mortgage collateral. checking the condition of the property, estimating the value of the property, and ensuring the existence of the necessary documents.
• Akad Processing: After all the series have been approved by the bank there will be a process of binding contracts and agreements between the bank and the customer. I assist in administrative processing to ensure all documents and mortgage contract requirements are met.

During my internship at Bank BTN KPR finance division, I gained a deeper understanding of banking activities related to mortgages and gained practical experience in the process of submitting and evaluating mortgages.

• Learn basic concepts and understanding of business development and property strategy.
• Study andUnderstand the processes and methods of property business development starting from financing, housing regulations, legality, land identification techniques, planning and permits, preparing project proposals, risk management, land development analysis, marketing strategy, sales strategy, digital marketing, preparing RAB, project financial feasibility , project risk management, property financing, project management, business model, business plan, risky project business opportunity, problem solving and negotiation.
• Use relevant tools and techniques in property business development.
• Conduct case studies and property business development projects.
• Participate in group discussions and collaborations.
• Receive feedback and evaluation from instructors and mentors after carrying out a property project simulation.
• Site visit to Karawang to find out more and see the developer projects that are already running.
