• Responsible for developing organizational budgets, reviewing proposal accuracy/completeness, and making sure they comply with company standards
• Reviewing budget proposals and requests for funding, evaluating spending needs, and conducting cost-benefit analyses
• Approving or rejecting funding requests
• Determining whether budget proposals are in compliance with regulations
• Monitoring spending to ensure it remains within budget
• Developing, maintaining, and updating of expense models/databases that support the preparation of rate/volume analysis, budgets, financial reports, and expense reviews
• Estimating and forecasting future financial needs

Accompaniment for PSAK 73 Implementation

• Obtain required documents from Client to analyse (Lease Contracts)
• Analyze if the contracts acquired are to be calculated for PSAK 73 implementation
• Classify between long/short term, low value to determine if IBR calculations are needed for the contracts
• Responsible for calculating Right of Use, Accumulated Depreciation and Lease Liabilities based on the information acquired from the contracts
• Responsible for preparing the Journals to be booked to Client’s TB as needed
• Communicate with Client results of the calculation and prepare the final reports to be submitted

Quality Assurance for PSAK 73 Implementation

• Obtain Client’s inputs and outputs for and from their PSAK 73 system
• Analyze if the inputs have been inputted correctly and accordingly to the PSAK 73 regulation and the relevant contracts
• Analyze if the outputs are accurate and have agreed with the inputs
• Communicate with Client if there is any concern and the results from the analysis
• Prepare the final reports to be presented to the Client

• Responsible for reporting monthly financial performance analysis
• Communicate with every departments to obtain required data to support monthly financial performance analysis and review
• Responsible for preparing required supporting data for parent company (Astra Otoparts)
• Responsible for planning monthly forecast and maintaining minimum difference between forecast and actual

As a member of the Assurance team, I make a technical contribution to audit engagements and internal projects. Participating in assurance engagements and executing the work plan. I work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support and making analytic discussion based on current fact and data provided by client, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.

• Responsible for reporting audit findings and recommendations for improvement of internal controls and operations
• Communicate with clients to obtain required financial data to perform and complete fieldwork efficiently
• Perform testing procedures
• Perform branch visit in order to evaluate control in each branch
• Perform walk-throughs to understand financial reporting systems and to identify internal controls that reduce the risk of material misstatement of financial results.
