• My main duties were to write an efficient schedule and to have a focus on the people aspect of the cafe. Setting up interviews and planning a training schedule for new hires.
• Follow up with the associates and managers underneath me with their specialties and tasks that were assigned to them.
• Help maintain inventory by checking we were using proper portioning tools and following certain procedures
• Running efficient shifts and creating a positive environment for both my team and customers.
• Managed our cafe to a top 10% finish in scorecard from 2023-2025 which include labor costs, sales growth, maintaining inventory and retention of employees

• Started as a regular associate and learned all positions from front of the house to back of the house.
• Got promoted and my duties were running shifts for opening and closes.
• I would place the orders for the product we needed and would also write the schedules
• My duties also included running interviews and training of new hires

Maintained the car lot by organizing the cars and washing them for customer before they left the lot.

Drove customers to their homes if they were getting their cars serviced
