• Lead, manage, and monitoring city portfolio performance and report to City Manager
• Assisting the team in order to achieve the team’s performance, growth, and profit target from assigned accounts per-overall corporate direction/objectives
• Formulating strategy by taking a data-driven and implemented through merchants funded promo program, merchant commission scheme, new products / features, etc.

Responsible for handling Big Brands and inviting merchants to join the program and paying attention to content and complaints and also creating programs for merchants so that merchant sales can increase.

Maintaining relationships with merchants who are already partners at Grabfood, responsible for increasing merchant sales at Grabfood and inviting merchants to join programs at Grabfood.

• Negotiation and Deal with Merchant for joining company partnerships.
