Compensation Benefit Area
* Checking and calculates and provides data regarding variable commission ( sales force commission, business partner commission )
* Checking and calculates Tax for sellers and business partner’s variable commission
* Checking and calculates and provides renewal commission for seller and business partner
* Execute commission to business partner and working partner on time
* Assists research on the type of sales force that will boost sales activity rate
* Provides sales monitoring (daily, monthly, MTD, yearly) to sales forces and business partner
* Coordinating with related department, and considering the cost saving but remain focused on optimal results
* Give solution or feedback to sales team in order to get internal sales processes more effective
Sales Support Area
* Create effectiveness SOP for every partnership program ( include timeline operasional)
* Support after sales process for business development’s sales force ( claim, withdrawal, etc)
* Support sales team presentation modul and material.
* Providing sales tools to all working partner
* Bridges activities and communication between sales force team and operational team within the company
* Doing daily operational for Credit Life processing.
Recruitment Area
* Responsible to achieve target for sales force recruitment (Agency, Financial Advisor & Area Sales Manager)
* Doing partnership with campus for campus assurance program for grab the students to become an agent.
* Full fill recruitment of sales force and sales support team
* Responsible for any kind administration related
