Building CX solutions to customers using Verint products to deliver smart, seamless customer experiences with an omnichannel desktop that increases agent capacity with AI-powered workflows.

Following Agile methodology to deliver our solutions, we have a 2 two-week-sprints with a monthly deployment to Production using Jenkins to implement our Continues Development from DEV up to PROD server. This also involves configuring Jenkins scripts to cater the needs of customer infrastructure as a whole, such as notifying other system during our deployment.

Day to day activities include but not limited to:

• Regularly reviewed peers'' code contributions, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall product quality.
• Developed scalable applications using agile methodologies for timely project delivery.
• Streamlined code deployment processes using automation tools like Jenkins or TeamCity to minimize manual intervention required from developers during releases—reduced release cycle time significantly.
• Effectively utilized version control systems like Git for secure storage of codebase history while enabling smooth collaboration among team members.
• Utilized AWS EC2, CloudFormation and CloudWatch to maintain healthy hosts
• Troubleshot issues within the Splunk environment and collaborated with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
