• Completed All New Biz Process on Supply Chain process (from Planning to Delivery to Customer) and delivered to Consultant.

• Solved diverse supply chain problems involving numerous sources, logistics and scheduling factors.
• Overseen Procurement Activities for All Plants under the group including China.
• Special for Kasrie, assist GM Kasrie to manage Local Market.

• Manage Proc value for Main Raw Mat at 150-240Bio per Year.
• Drive cost saving at about 8Bio / Year through nego with supplier, hedging, consolidation program.
• Within 2 years Kasrie turn around positive due to profitable on both local and export biz.
• Restructuring of Old Inv Outstanding Inv at Kasrie to enable running production smoothly.

• Succeeded to build complete Upper Material FTWR Source in Indonesia, where previously on Mid 1991 is 100% import.
• Drive Material Innovation with All Suppliers to meet the Designer concept.
• Joined Global FTWR Material Org to develop MRP at SAP Based for Materials Management and Tool. This is the foundation of Nike Supply Chain Program.
• Played Material Consultant Role at Nike HQ in BVTN for 6 Months at FTWR Running Category.

• Save at least 3% (due to shipping cost) due to Local Material availability in Indonesia.
• Several Original Material I developed and be used at Nike Global Factories: Non-slip Shoe Lace, SLP#3 Soft FG Leather for Sport Classic Shoes, PVC Replacement with Silicon, One Piece Upper using Socks, Special Zipper, and etc.
• Nike Consolidation Program Representative for Indonesia; for both Global Sourcing and manage Local Nike FTWR Factory issue.
