Project Site Installation.
· Project manager also acting as Site Manager especially for Overseas project to reinforce customer communication and minimize risk occur. Installation and commissioning phase will be control by PM on site.
· Monitoring final stage of Project which is commissioning and testing while the commissioning engineer performs the activity and Project Manager monitoring closely. It can be on site or remotely from Indonesia.
Ensure Process Design in accordance with the International Standard 3A, EHEDG, GMP or customer requirement.
2. Conduct risk assessment for each project with third party According the product that will be produced.
3. Develop P&ID, Item List, Process description and 3D drawing for project installation.
4. Control the process budget and project schedule according process scope
5. Unit operation calculation that will be involved in that project like Pump, Heat Exchanger and Tank Thermal Performance (Heating & Cooling), CIP System, Valve Cluster and individual System, Vacuum & Pressure System.
6. Support Commissioning phase to achieve Process Performance Guarantee.
7. Communicate to related stakeholders the Updated Process Engineering design like mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, automation engineer and commissioning
1. Monitoring boiler operation and maintenance starts from water treatment for feed water boiler, boiler performance, steam distribution, condensate recovery line and energy balance management and evaluated the parameter of Culinary Steam.
2. Monitoring performance and maintenance for gas turbine plant, Refrigeration plant and Compressed air plant. Monitoring performance and maintenance for wastewater treatment plant to comply with the effluent as Nestlé Quality Monitoring System and government role.
