B. Compensation, Recruitment and Benefit

  • Together with Field Ops Manager Develop the new benefit package to ensure that the company is externally competitive and internally equitable
  • Calculate and Review monthly payroll and other types of compensation/benefits for Fleets
  • Manage,review and be point of contact for Government social insurance (BPJS TK, KS, and BPJS BPU)
  • Hiring for Expand Area such as Bali, Makassar and Medan
  • Review efficiency and effectivity of activities and monitoring for other benefit for all vendor such as (XL, Belipart.com,
    Sepulsa, Kontrakan Store, Expensify, etc)

C. Industrial Relation & Training

  • Work closely with the Field Operations team to receive, analyze, and take action towards feedback about our Fleet performance (Warning Letter, Store Relocation and Contract Termination.
  • Managing all Contract type and Mitra (freelance type) for our Fleet
  • Working closely with Field Operations team for designing the training for our Fleet

A. HRGA
