Joined HSBC Indonesia in 2007 and has consistently served in client-facing roles within the Corporate Banking segment. Throughout the years, built a strong track record in managing and growing a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small and medium enterprises to local large corporate including state-owned enterprises.

Appointed in 2023 as Team Head for Local Corporate and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), leading a team of Relationship Managers responsible for deepening strategic client relationships and delivering comprehensive banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of bankers to manage a portfolio of priority local corporate and SOE clients across various sectors.
• Drive revenue generation through structured lending, cash management, trade finance, and capital market offerings.
• Oversee the full credit lifecycle including deal structuring, proposal development, risk analysis, and approval processes.

• Champion sustainability conversations with clients and promote the adoption of ESG-aligned financing, including green loans and transition solutions.
• Represent the bank in client engagements, industry events, and regulatory discussions, positioning HSBC as a trusted long-term partner.

Started career at Panin Bank through the Management Trainee Program and was promoted to Team Leader within three years. Led a team of Relationship Managers overseeing a portfolio of SME and mid-sized corporate clients across multiple industries.
