  • Direct report to Group CFO. Lead the Corporate Accounting & Consolidation Division at group level of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk and PT Multipolar Tbk, with full responsibility for consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance across multiple business units and entities. Act as a key finance partner to the Group CFO and senior leadership, contributing to corporate strategy, risk oversight, and operational performance.
  • Group Consolidation & Compliance: Lead end-to-end group consolidation and financial reporting across public and private entities (over 300+ entities), ensuring full compliance with PSAK/IFRS, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Collaborated closely with the Corporate Finance Division on corporate restructuring initiatives, including M&A, liability management, and debt-to-equity conversions. Supported the Group CFO in preparing board-level materials for executive leadership, shareholders, and the audit committee.
  • Budgeting & Performance Management: Direct the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts, aligning financial targets with strategic priorities. Identify areas for cost efficiency across operational and capital expenditures.
  • Project Accounting Oversight: Supervise project costing, budget tracking, and cost allocation for real estate and infrastructure-related developments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Treasury and Corporate Finance divisions on cash flow monitoring and covenant compliance, and with the Tax team to support strategic tax planning and ensure accurate reporting. While these functions are independently led, I provide key financial inputs and maintain working-level knowledge to support broader decision-making.
  • Internal Control & Systems: Design and implement internal controls, SOPs, and standard accounting policies across the Group. Spearhead financial system upgrades and automation initiatives (e.g., Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics 365) to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the Group in external audits, regulatory reviews, and consulting engagements involving financial data and disclosures.
