As a CEO, I'm responsible for the sustainability and development of the organization. Set up a vision for the company and convert it into actionable milestones and targets.


As a co-founder of a start-up, I'm taking on multiple roles, including leading the projects for both internal and client projects, and providing my expertise and experience in product management and business acumen to the team.

As a passionate product designer, I am not just developing products for clients but also initiating Adrena's internal products, such as the Personal Shopper Social Commerce App (HelloBly), the Beauty Artisan marketplace (BeautyBell), and upcoming products for community group buying.

My responsibility is to define and maintain all product visions and roadmaps aligned with local and regional initiatives, while ensuring that local business metrics are meet.


My typical day is to sync information with the regional team, collaborate, and discuss with the local marketing team, commercial team, operations team, product team, and technology team.

My responsibility is to refine the product roadmap and strategy, ensuring the delivery of on-time products to users in order to achieve goals, which are growth. The goals are changing for a period of time. Prior Growth is responsible for Mobile Optimization; the OKR was mobile user growth.

Typical day at OLX

  • Refine the product roadmap and strategy, convert it into a development plan, and manage the backlog. Brainstorm with the UX team to design the best user journey, usability test, and A/B testing.
  • Discuss with all related teams on performance optimizations to achieve growth.
  • Working with BI and analytics to identify and validate user problems, proceeding with an A/B testing plan and executions.
  • Working together with the Marketing team and the CLM team for campaigns, NPS survey.

The UI/UX Designer is concerned with how the product feels, and is also particular about how the product is laid out.

I explore many different approaches to solve a specific user problem, to ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next.

I am also in charge of designing each screen or page with which a user interacts, and ensuring that the UI visually communicates the path that is laid out. My typical day at OLX involves collecting ideas with the product team and other departments, such as Marketing and CLM, to have the best understanding of the requirements.

Conduct usability tests with the product team, brainstorming sessions, gathering requirements, and translating them into a user journey map, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ensure all team members provide designs and materials to align with requirements.

Accomplishments

BRIGHTSPOT MARKET APP
Brightspot Market is an annual culture festival that started first ni 2009. The event has grown to take in up ot 190 tenants (fashion, lifestyle, food, art) & the attendance grown to more than 60,000 people over 4 days. There were also additions of features such as music, art & knowledge combined altogether during the festival.

My project si about building a platform that provide better experience for the visitors start from getting entry pass, browse tenants, performances, workshop booking and integrated with payment solution.


The platform not only serves visitors but also expected to provide insights such as, daily attendances, average visit duration, most favorite tenants / performances / workshop, how many visit per user over 4 days, etc.


The challenges not only creating the product but also development timeline where festival date has set leave our team to only have 1 month from define the product requirement , design, development, 3rd party integration, testing to launch. the extra miles of paid off with releasing the app on time and handle high traffic at the event date.


Revamp OLX Indonesia

OLX Indonesia known as Automotive and Property classified ads, majority and typical users are male with only coming for those categories.

Sully is a project with mission to grow the users in low performing categories such as Hoby, Sport, Electronic gadget and Household.

The project initiative is about expanding demography, categories, tapping into impulsive buying experience by developing Nearby ads and simple posting ads.

The end goal is to launch New OLX platform and brand with spirit of youth, dynamic a n d simplicity.
