Coordinate with factory teams to ensure smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
- As a factory merchandiser manager, I act as the bridge between buyers and the production floor, ensuring that garments are developed, produced, and shipped on time, with the right quality. The role covers order execution, material sourcing, production follow-up, and buyer communication.
- Manage a team of merchandisers and allocate responsibilities.

Buyer Relationship : Serve as the primary contact for buyers.
Handle negotiations, approvals, and updates on order progress.
Order Execution
Oversee sampling, costing, production, and shipment processes.
Ensure adherence to buyer’s Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
Material & Supplier Coordination
Approve fabric and trim bookings.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Production Monitoring
Track production schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate with production managers to meet deadlines.
