On board a Suezmax tanker M/T "JENGGALA NASSIM" as a Third Officer. Vessel chartered by Indonesian state-owned oil and natural gas corporation, PT. Pertamina. Mainly loading operations in West Africa countries and Algeria with discharge operation in Indonesia. Taken over a Suezmax tanker M/T "Ridgeburry Lessley B" at Singapore anchorage. Vessel changed flag and name also dry dock in Pax Ocean Shipyard. During dry dock have done with LR class survey and Flag state inspection.
On board a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) as a Third Officer I have responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel during my watch in accordance with company Shipboard Manuals. The proficiency on the ECDIS operation, Myra system and to conduct periodical training to the new joiners. The control of the FFA and LSA inventory and maintenance onboard, which the guidance from the Chief Officer. The record checking of the Crew Certifications, the crew list, muster list preparations. The prepare of the port inwards clearance and outwards clearance documentation to Agent. Prepare the permit to work system. Designated person for the PMS Danaos system, for the Safety Meeting, Safety Equipment, Drills and Training update. Proficiency in the cargo and ballast operation and assist Chief Officer for the cargo documentation. Knows the operation and calibration of the portable gas detector equipment. On board a Aframax /LR2 Tanker as a Fourth Officer I shall perform the necessary duties required when the ship in port, such as those relating to navigational watch and cargo watch. Assist the Master on the bridge for ship maneuver, inspect communication system and important items related to the system on the bridge and other departments, fire detections equipment and other statutory equipment, help the master with port formalities when the ship enters/leave port station, and preparing the neccesary documents, help the master and 3rd Officer for replenish and maintain the GMDSS and help chief officer in the maintenance of LSA/FFA.
As a Deck Cadet on board an Oil/Chemical Tanker Vessel carrying clean petroleum product and biodiesel. Gained familiarity with all navigational instruments and equipment on the bridge. Have learned about Tank Soundings, Pilotage Operations, Port work and Cargo Operations, ISPS Watch, Paperwork at sea. Managed routines on the bridge, including port arrival, departures, anchoring and mooring. Participated in performance of maintenance projects, lifeboat operations, and firefighting Performed inventory and inspection of cargo gear, firefighting and lifeboat equipment.
As a Deck Cadet on board a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) BROTOJOYO in the Salawati field in Indonesia’s Seram Sea for 2 months. Have learned about cargo loading, transfer, and discharging operations aboard the FPSO, maintaining LSA, FFA and SOPEP equipment on deck ops area in good condition and keeping the inventory list of these equipment up to date, assist with export tanker mooring/un-mooring operations, maintenance of cargo and deck equipment housekeeping of pump room and cargo handling equipment, preparation of cargo and void tanks for confined space entry, assist in launching and recovery of life/rescue boats, act as member of any emergency response or security team, full compliance with all company and regulatory safety, health and environmental requirements, preparation of PTW/Job Safety Analysis for routine activity, assist cargo officer on duty as CCR operator and learned about lifting during material/personnel transfer via crane.
