Handling plant inventories (Incoming, Buffer Stock, WIP, F/G and Preparation Inventory) re-layout project based on Kaizen by Toyota Production System.

Be part of the Human Capital Management team that focuses on cost control of corporate productivity and effectiveness. Handling alignment project between performance and compensation of subcontract employees by using Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method.
