Achievement: In February 2023, I successfully placed 4 candidates (Finance Accounting Manager, Sales & Marketing Staff, Sales Staff Flavor, Sales & Marketing Japanese Speaker) exceeding the monthly sales target by more than 400% (6900 USD or approximately IDR 109,549,838), compared to the monthly target of 1500 USD or approximately IDR 22,500,000

Reason for leaving: The company will be closed in the end of March 2024, and all employees will be laid off.
