- Gain +/- 500 BOPD and 3 MMSCFD from acidizing stimulation

- Gain +/- 50 BOPD and 1.5 MMSCFD from Thru Tubing Perforation

- Gain additional recover more than 50 MBO and 600 MMSCF gas by proposing flare recovery gas compressor

1. Supervising production performance of each well in Kaji-Semoga Field

2. Calculating waterflood voidage in Kaji SEmoga Field as a part of waterflood management in Kaji Semoga Field

3. Proposing numerous workovers (change layer, reperforating, acidizing) in many wells in Kaji Semoga Field to management

4. Preparing documents in order to get permission from government in doing workovers.

5. Designing various artificial lift (SRP, HPU, gas lift, and ESP)

6. Designing, coordinate, and execute welltesting in Kaji Semoga Field and Tala Taba Heavy Oil Field

7. Updating reservoir simulation for Jene Field

8. In charge in Tala Taba Heavy Oil Field Study

9. Preparing plan of development of Kalabau Field

Achievement:

- Gain more than 600 BOPD from proposed workover

- 2nd best paper in Medco paper contest. The paper entitled ”Crude Oil Injection to remove damage in clay reactive sand”
