• Predicting Customer Churn in Telco Company

Predicting customer churn using a classification model. Using a preexisting dataset, data cleaning, data manipulation, EDA, and data preprocessing were performed. A retention program in the form of a discount program was developed by finding the maximum discount amount that can be provided for each customer.
