Maritime safety and regulatory specialist with extensive experience in shipyard construction, plan approval, classification operations, statutory compliance, and international engagement. Possesses in-depth knowledge of IMO conventions including SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and ISM Code. Actively involved in Indonesia's regulatory initiatives at IMO, particularly in MEPC and MSC. Played a significant role in the GBS verification at MSC 109 for BKI and provided support for the ratification process of the Cape Town Agreement.

• Represented BKI in 2024 as part of the national team assisting the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in drafting Indonesia’s ratification framework for the Cape Town Agreement.
• Contributed to Indonesia’s successful Goal-Based Standards (GBS) verification at IMO MSC 109.
• Supported drafting of Indonesia’s submissions to IMO, including: MEPC 70/6/3 – Comments on Draft Amendments to SEEMP Guidelines (2016), MSC 102/8/4 – Development of Model Regulations on Domestic Ferry Safety (2020).
• Presented at ACS Seminar in Da Nang (2015) on domestic ferry regulatory reforms.
• Completed IMO Model Course 6.09 in 03/2025.
• Authored analytical research on Polar Code life-saving appliance regulations at WMU.
