· Manage local and regional licensees and implement category plan.
· Set strategy and vision for the local and regional licensees.

Responsibilities
· Drive the business growth and build good working relationships with 5 key ecommerce partners (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli and JD.ID).
· And work closely with each e-commerce partner especially with their category and marketing teams to ensure e-commerce focus events and Disney signature campaigns are adhered to.
· Develop strong relationships with all category teams internally to drive all merchandises (Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars) shifted from offline to online.
· Identify the gaps in the category and product range by working closely with category teams internally together with each licensee so as build consistent engagement with everyone.
· Involve marketing and creative team internally to set and ensure a successful and effective marketing activations start from forecast, project marketing investment until excecute the full year marketing calendar with each e-commerce partner.
· Communicate all expectation with creative team to create a great key visual concept and banner ideas.
· Collaborate and engage with new partners who doing distribution on online platform only.
· Ensure hero product listing across platformss with selected key partners into campaigns
· Conduct sales review with e-commerce partners quarterly basis
· Conduct joint business plan with key partners together with each e-commerce partner
· Aligning market information to south east asia, India and Middle East. Sharing best practice and lesson learned. Shared industry best practice and keep up to date on global trends and practices.

· In 2020 Disney Indonesia presence in e-commerce has grown 4 times:
- Excecuted 11 campaigns in each of the month during 2020.
- Managed 2 localize campaigs (Wonderfully festive/ Lebaran and Independence day).
- Working with Blibli.comon Star Wars exclusive collections and involved local brands.
· Under progress projects:
- Build a vertical e-commerce by having Disney flagship e-commerce experience as one stop destination for Disney products, called ShopDisney.
- Working closely with a special partner who expert and present online for Print On Demand to drive discoverability, very fresh business model and on progress now: Custom.id (project 2021).
· In 2020, Disney Indonesia significant increase sales to top performance among other contries in South East Asia.
