Forel – Bronang FPSO Marlin Natuna Project, develop by Medco E&P Natuna; Hanochem Tiaka Samudera as a T&I Project Engineer and Shorebase Coordinator within details of task as follows:

• Manage all supply chain belong to offshore activities.
• Shore base Marine operation, jetty operation, material handling and crew change.

• Plan Maintenance System (PMS) Compliance, planning one year in advance; Record Machinery Running Hours (RH) each month end; Ordering and planning bulk spares supply to get bulk order discounts; Ensure SMS Compliance , all vessels or Superintendent to ensure only use company SMS forms for reporting; Coordination and collection of all Month End Papers and record keeping; Collecting all manuals and drawings in respective ship /MS Teams folders; Ensure Daily Monitoring Noon Report, Daily Work done Of Vessel for in time corrective measures; Visit Vessel's For Monitoring Routine Maintenance To Ensure the Spare Being Used And Close Properly the PMS jobs; Following up update and participating conversations along with Tech. Superintendent where required to assist him in case of emergency; Back Up to Technical Superintendent and Repair Admins In Case On Leave or Sickness or Sudden Resign (Redundancy of office system).
• Manage Tanker Fleet 9000 – 11000 DWT of Technical Operation including maintain the repair and maintenance Plan, drydock preparation including hull superintendent roles, quotes and billing negotiation, commence and monitoring of repair by all vendors; Procurement and purchase item on system input by SAP, monitoring of the procure, running store and consumable.

• Plan periodic lectures and multiple examinations
• Authorize instructors and students to access the online link (Zoom)
• Administrative liaison between the institution and the student
• Coordinate engineering efforts
• Task force for the curriculum of the Ocean Engineering bachelor's and master's degrees.

• Supported form research grants under the Research, Community Service, and Innovation Program (P2MI), Institut Teknologi Bandung.
• Role: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, summarizing key findings, and identifying gaps in existing research. Managed and organized research data using numerical software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Generate model with CAD and CFD software. Prepare for journal or conference publication.

• Confront prospective clients, who are typically transportation companies.
• Assist the proprietor or purchasing team in managing the quotation
• Discuss the issued purchase order with the operation manager
• Engineer and mechanic inspection onboard as required
• Deliver the repair advice and follow up with the engineer.

• Arrange all repair tasks from ship arrival to ship delivery
• Control the entire project crew for the ship repair department
• Communicate between the shipowner and the shipyard
• Lead the docking and undocking operation in the dockyard
• Select for each work order to every repair supporting department—work order approval by the owner and the yard
• Manage the arrival and final inspection witnessed by the ship owner and classification.

• Continuously monitor and maintain repair work for all ship initiatives
• Conduct inspection witness by an owner's representative, the repair list
• Report work orders.
• Observing the workforce for a steelworks project after inspection, classification (by BKI or another IACAS member) should ensue
• Design engineering for a ship owner's special task or request.

• Maintain and monitor the list of repair jobs for each ship assignment after repair inspection with the owner's representative is required
• Work order reporting by the ship repair manifest
• Supervising personnel for a steelworks project classification should follow inspection (BKI or another IACAS member).
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
• Participated in formal internal design reviews of proposed products and components.
