General Job Descriptions:

• Be the representative for the company to express company expectation, voice and opinion toward to customers & suppliers
• Conduct negotiation to find the best solution and win win solution between the company and buyers
• Lead all communication with Buyers and ensure all those requirements is shared to related stake holders and to fulfill customer satisfaction
• Lead Internal Marketing department and provide fully support to other departments in the organization in order to make sure the company doing right from the beginning, work effective and efficient to meet company's Objective, vision and mission
• Proactively establish, maintain and give full contribution to ensure and support that company can fulfill all the customer's and system requirements such as; IWAY, Go No GO, ISO 28000, ISO 9001, etc.

Detail tasks;

• Report all New design Request, CBD, Quotation and other customer's requirement and send to Top Management for approval
• Lead Internal Team, Provide necessary training, coaching and consultant to ensure Team can perform the job well
• Lead New Design Review meeting including FMEA and DWP with all other related departments
• Review all the Procedures, Working Instruction & records at Internal Department related Process and Quality Management system
• Review all standard Spec, Product sample and material standard before proceed in Mass Production.
• Do Presentation and be active for all meeting related with Product, process and system from Internal and Customer.
• Review KPI for Marketing, QA and Lean as well as other team's KPI monthly and take action for Non compliance issues as part of Continual Improvement in the company
• Support and work together with Compliance team to actively maintain Quality system ISO 9001 and Security system ISO 28000 as well as Customer's Audit requirements such as: IKEA Go No GO, IWAY, QWDS and ISOS, such as perform Internal Audit, report for Management Review, and take Corrective and Preventive Action
• Work together with Lean department to ensure continual Improvement activity is implemented to meet KPI of the Company

Product: Bags, Soft storage, Lamp Shade, with 5000 workers & 100 staff).

• Set the company Business goal and direction, establish KPI and action plan together with other department to ensure Business goal can be achieved and has valid related action plan in order to reach that goal
• Review the Supply Chain Management performance in the organization

Detail Task;

• Lead Business Department
• Set the company goal, KPI and APL as well as Business Strategic direction and cooperate with each leader’s department to set their department goals
• Negotiate with material supplier for better and competitive price
• Lead R&D team to continuously work on new creative samples and use new different type materials to offer creative product with competitive price
• Work together with Quality and Compliance team to ensure company always comply with customer requirements in term of Product quality, Quality system as well as social compliance
• Responsible as main contact for Ikea account and distribute all customer requirements to the related team within organization.
• Developed monthly reports for New Development, new Orders and other pending issues

Soft Toys Garment Company with employee size in workers and 115 staffs, Directly manage 100 staffs)

• General Description of Job/ Responsibility: Responsible to General Director of the company
• Assist the General Director to work in detail to reach goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, Quality, profitability and industry penetration, compliance on all customer’s and product’s requirements

Detail Task;

• Lead the Sales department, Monitor general Capacity Planning and Order system
• Approved Quotation before send to buyer
• Work with Compliance team, Quality assurance team and actively monitor all the quality management system as well as social and environmental requirements are met
• Lead Trading team to perform all the Import and export activity and documentation precisely and accurately
• Meet all the customers and Customs requirements
• Lead the Purchasing team to ensure procurement process are done correctly, effective and efficient
• Report to General Director for Monthly performance from company’s Revenue, Quality system, Any customer complaint/ Claim and other issues
• Take necessary action for any noncompliance, preventive and corrective action.

• Lead and control all R&D activity and all its members to ensure that all design inquiries can be meet as client’s expectation
• Approve New Design input & Design output (Including Final sample, Specification, Consumption, Risk Analysis, etc)
• Approve and follow up New design development plan from receive inquiries till received the orders
• Advice the sourcing team to find the right sourcing suppliers, materials and other services related to that new design sample inquiries
• Lead Design Review Meeting and conduct pre-production assessment with all related department from Production, purchasing, QC & QA
• Review testing result (both from Laboratory and Internal result).

Establish, improve and implement the QA Management System at Danu Vina Company and their sub-contractors in order to make sure the products supplied can meet customer satisfaction

Detail Task:

• Planning & organize QA member job distribution, general activity and responsibility
• Review and evaluate the working procedure related with quality system within the organization
• Train the trainer for QA & QC
• Make a proper final decision for any quality problem happened (In process & Final Inspection) and report to Top Management and Board of Directors
• Approved the standard production sample, Item specification issued by R&D & PDOC from customer before distribute to related department
• Conduct & implement In process and Final Inspection for products, perform audit for Quality system in the company.
