• Responsible for optimizing and maintaining the stock level, gross margin, pricing by planning and developing strategies, analyzing sales figures/trends, recommending and/or execute strategic commercial actions in order to maximize the selling of the appointed concept and sell the fastest at the lowest cost for the company.

Buying Planning

• Responsible and managed the buying process for the outright brands.
• Constantly improve brands' performance with historical data and adjusting the assortment plan with trends and customer needs.
• Brands: ADIDAS, CASIO group, Billabong, Roxy, Melissa, MAP Active Brands (Reebok, Skechers, Diadora)

Campaign

• Work with Marketing team to highlight and boost up brand's sales.
• Work together with other buyer from consignment & marketplace brands on analyzing sales and suggestion on how to highlight the brands.

• Brands: A|X Armani Exchange Indonesia, Mulberry Indonesia, CK Calvin Klein
• Main duty: To get the correct balance between the expectations of the customer and the objectives of the company's financial strategy by tracking how existing product lines are selling strategizing future buying.
• Responsibility: Managing inventory, planning and forecasting for high-growth.
• Seasonal Planning: sales & inventory level.
• Analyze and forecast sales and product trends.
• Creating OTB based on sales projection.
• Experience: buying trip to Hongkong for CK Calvin Klein.

• Brand: Topshop
• Mentored junior merchandiser to develop their skills and enhance team performance overall.
• Maintaining communication with Principal by preparing weekly/seasonal product feedback report, trading report.
• Participated and gave information in principal calls or visit.
• Monitoring slow sellers, set promotion and reduce prices.
• Set the ideal stocks for each stores
• Choosing the artwork for in-store graphic and marketing activities.

• The first three years was a Merchandiser for Miss Selfridge and Burton Menswear and later for TOPSHOP.
• Working closely with Operations, Visual Merchandisers and Marketing.

• Most of the tasks are analyzing product based on sales and stock data and store feedback to internal team yet also principal.

• July – August : Junior Secretary at Unit Telkom Flexi. I was helping the Seniors Secretary Jobs such as Incoming Mail, Archives, following up the invitations and also as a Receptionist.
• September : As an Intern at Administrative to CEO Division PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Helping the administrative officer mostly is recording the incoming documents.
