
Social Media Manager: Being a social media manager helped me become more in tune with the technologic advances in this world. This position also helped me understand how to collaborate and communicate with the public and other team members that were also with UIdahoEsports. Overall, I learned content creation, collaboration, brand recognition, and community interaction from this position.
Deli worker: Being a deli worker at the Clark Fork Pantry taught me so much about customer service and professionalism that I will take with me to future opportunities. I am very grateful I learned how to maintain professionalism and expert work ethic to appeal to the satisfaction of my customers and coworkers.
-Developed and executed social media content in ways to grow the account to help UIdahoEsports become more recognized.
-Used articulate platforms like AdobePhotoshop to create high-quality graphics for social media content.
-United with the esports teams/players to create content highlighting what esports truly is and how the players benefit from esports.
-Showed consistent engagement with the account in ways like responding to comments/direct-messages, followed/interacted with other University Of Idaho Accounts and other esports teams from different Universities.
-Maintained sponsorship with Ziply Fiber, Monster Energy Drinks, and ECAC Esports.

-Learned customer service skills in ways like maintaining professionalism and friendliness, while multitasking and efficiently executing many orders in a quick manner.
-Prepared and served fresh deli items while implementing safe food handling.
-Prepared many different deli items like sandwiches. ice-cream burritos, coffees, wraps/lettuce wraps, pizza, and general food prep for these items.
-Communicated and cooperated with other coworkers to set up strategies to skillfully work in a fast paced manner during peak hours and during closing.
-Learned how to successfully operate a traditional cash register as well as a technologic cash register.
-Learned how to safely operate machines like bread slicers, deli slicers, and electric knives.
-Learned how to successfully operate an espresso machine.
-Answered phone calls to take orders and have customers pre-pay on the phone. I also answered calls to help answer general questions/concerns customers had.
-Granted the Idaho Launch Scholarship and Idaho Opportunity scholarship for my tuition
-Granted the Hoyt & Edith Schuyler Scholarship from Innovia Foundation to help pay for tuition.
-Granted scholarships from my home community, Ponderay, Idaho.
