Part of my job duties here were to prepare and maintain documentation of work performed, prepare and maintain documentation of procedures for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of the equipment. I have worked on a variety of equipment, including but not limited to chemical wet benches, 2 through 6 axis robots, vacuum systems, ASM vertical diffusion furnaces and Watkins Johnson LTO machines, wafer inspection and measurement systems, some of which were PLC or microprocessor controlled. During my employment, I have been able to train with, learn and utilize a variety of software and hand tools for troubleshooting purposes.
