In the past 12 years, IT has intensively set up and developed all the IT & Communication needed for the organization to support the company’s business.

Built, Setup and Develop Radio HT & TRepeater Telecommunication System, Manage and Develop Data Center, Cloud 365/Azure, Infrastructure Network with Cisco and latest implementation is using Huawei Products and Solution, manage helpdesk support system with ticketing models, ERP/Apps and Operation Management across the site location, including the drilling exploration and production areas

  • Supporting operation team to implement the SCADA system when the company enters the production phases and having the integration and check the system together with the business partner and regulator
  • Implemented a virtualization system in place in the data center, managing precision cooling, environment monitoring for data center, develop satellite communication for some remote areas in the drilling site to support the drilling activities, and in 2024 Erwin also starts exploring and testing Starlink Internet Satellite from SpaceX in some remote and camps areas
  • In the application services, IT implements geothermal applications Servers and database application program, Geo Data, Surfer, Leapfrog, etc
  • Including Primavera Project Management and Scheduling
  • Involved into the company special project for GIS, Incident Management Tracker, GPS Management System as well as Personal Tracker with HSE/Sustainability Department and setting up a compliance management system
  • In 2013-2014, Erwin managed an ad hoc project for site office operation, worked on the office move, relocation, including the IT relocation & setup a new data center, office fitting out, re-instate, interior designed and ensure the HSE assessment was in place and repeated work in 2024 for a new relocation and expansion office recently together with some migration some servers from Office Data Center to Microsoft Cloud Azure to ensure the company has DRC (Disaster Recovery Center and Site)
  • In 2014-2015, Erwin assigned by management to develop, setup and manage complete site projects to prepare drilling exploration, not only in telecommunication and IT infrastructure for basecamp and support drilling exploration at site level
  • Erwin also developed basecamp and camps projects, such as warehouses, Container’s Camps (Offices, Medics, Dining, Ablution, Environment Support, water well drilling, sewage, heavy equipment, generators, and other support facilities) until all ready to support drilling activities for the first well pad area in project and handed over to site team that was just developed and established
  • Erwin is also involved in work plan and budget with regulators and management to set up yearly IT Budgets (Capex and Opex) to support all company business during the exploration, development and production phases
