  • As a Computer Specialist I contacted guests as they entered my department, to help solve any computer problems they were having, such as troubleshooting or asking discovery questions to solve the problems.   • While working at Best Buy I have been a VPL for Dell (Alienware) as well as a certified Apple vendor.   • As a To go specialist for Goodwood I had to multitask multiple orders, I had as many as 10-80 plus orders a day handling up to 5-10 at a time.
  • I was to walk the guests over the phone on how to order and give them my calculations on how much product to sell them to the amount of people they were trying to feed.
  • I would fulfill orders for up to 80 people in one order.
  • I guided them on pricing per pound and helped with price per head.
  • When they came to pick up the food, I walked them through their entire order to make sure they were satisfied with the quality and quantity of their order.

  • As an expo I was in charge of sending out quality food and making sure every plate had what was required on the ticket and making sure it was looking neat and presentable, while making sure we were selling food at a fast pace.
  • I was tasked with communicating between servers, managers and line cooks to ensure correct standards were being met between both front of house and back of house.
  • I was the last set of eyes before sending out any food to ensure every plate was going out with perfection.

  • As a Busser I was tasked with cleaning and setting up tables in a fast and stealth like fashion, it was a very fast environment always on my feet, moving with a sense of urgency to ensure all tables were getting cleaned in a timely manner.
