• Championed plant reliability and asset improvement projects resulting in enhanced operational stability, product quality, equipment availability, and safety performance.
• Managed cross-functional teams and external contractors throughout the full project lifecycle from concept and feasibility studies through commissioning and operational handover.
• Aligned local engineering programs with regional and global engineering standards, investment strategies, and operational excellence objectives.

• Led maintenance strategy and execution across 9 manufacturing plants with responsibility for more than 100 maintenance personnel
• Managed an annual maintenance budget of IDR 39 billion while maintaining preventive maintenance compliance above 90 percent
• Delivered equipment reliability and operational excellence through sustained OEE performance above 90 percent
• Established a strong safety culture resulting in zero lost time accidents across all facilities
• Implemented reliability improvement and cost optimization initiatives to maximize asset availability and support business objectives

• Led multidisciplinary maintenance teams covering electrical, mechanical, and roll shop functions within the Continuous Casting Plant to ensure reliable and safe operation.
• Achieved an annual equipment failure ratio of 0.02 percent through effective maintenance planning, reliability improvement programs, and proactive problem solving.
• Delivered cost optimization initiatives generating savings of USD 1.51 million through maintenance efficiency improvements, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Managed an annual maintenance budget of USD 5.2 million and spare parts inventory valued at USD 6.3 million while maintaining asset availability and cost control.
• Coordinated maintenance execution, shutdown activities, and equipment reliability programs to support production performance and operational continuity.
