• Assist/support, controlled & supervises sub-con and vendor to implement LTE network.
• LTE Network roll out at East Java, Bali-Lombok, Sulawesi-Kalimantan Project using ZTE BBU 8200, 8300 and 9200 type, Nokia eNb and Airharmony (Airspan) small bts.
• Responsibility for installing, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting and testing BTS to BSC and MSC collaborated with all stackholder, from planning, engineering, NICM configuration, NOC and O&M follow as matrix and workflow process or SOP.
• Installing & commissioning NEC Pasolink, ZTE NR and Ceragon for transport transmission link.
• Perform pre-integration site checks according to installed hardware and system requirements to ensure that all equipments is ready for integration
• Perform all activity for network coverage upgrade & expansion at East Java, Bali-Lombok, Sulawesi-Kalimantan such as : New infill sites, RAN & MW upgrade, IBC, LTE Repeater, System upgrade, Site Survey, Transmission Planning, mBTS, pcell and special case.

• Design, installation, commissioning and operation Redline WiMax BTS for trial project with Indosat IM2 & Lintasarta
• Analyzed and testing AN-100U Redline WiMax BTS to make sure the performance meet with WiMax standard.
• Involve in IBS (In-Building Solution) project for CDMA repeaters
• Responsibility for Installing, configuring and testing our solution at customer's facilities during Proof of Concepts.
• Interfacing with various customers at both a business and a technical level and propose viable solutions in real time during customer meetings
