• Follow up, monitor and report progress on all work performed by subcontractor both on engineering, purchase and construction
• Review and comments subcontractors progress reports, and initiate corrective actions, if and when required
• Participate in project meetings with subcontractor, third party, client and other representatives and prepare MOM’s with reports to APL on all matters that may have technical, progress, interface, commercial and cost impacts
• Establish routines for reporting and documenting any Change Orders to Project Cost Control, and insure process of all Change Orders
• Involve and follow up with Machining and Line Bore ( Heavy duty machining)
• Involve and follow up with Bearing installation
• Establish system for records and handling of deviation reports and claims from Client
• Prepare for and arrange receipt of APL Provided Items
• In particular, planning for/arrangement of Custom Clearance/Local Transport and Handover of CPI's to subcontractor shall be planned and prepared
• Ensure that all CPI materials and equipment arrived on site are stored, preserved and safely maintained until installation
• Ensure work is carried out and certified by Third Party
• Formal Reporting to project manager: Weekly
• Hands on site work to assist sub-contractor whenever required
