It is an annual live performing art and music festival, held by the Arts Section of OSIS Gardika Mahawira at SMA Labschool Kebayoran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinated with other divisions to ensure all logistical goods were met, according to the event schedule.
• Contacted all the vendors for the logistical goods required for the event.
• Ensured the goods by supervising throughout the load-in and load-out, before and after the event.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully supported the setup and execution of the performing art and music festival, attended by over 5,000 audience members.
• Recognized by the event heads for our reliability and problem-solving during last-minute changes before, and during, the event.

It is an annual live musical theater performance, held by the Arts Section of OSIS Gardika Mahawira at SMA Labschool Kebayoran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintained all of the physical property and scenery for the musical.
• Collaborated with the directors to coordinate the property and scenery flow of the musical.
• Conducted pre-show checks to confirm that all stage properties were safely positioned and functioning.

• Fostering good chemistry and professionalism among other members.
• Having a key role in transporting and positioning an important property of the musical.

It is an annual national language competition, held by the Education Section of OSIS Gardika Mahawira at SMA Labschool Kebayoran.

Key Responsibilities:

• Led and supervised the planning, execution, and evaluation of the speech competition.
• Coordinated with judges, participants, and event heads to ensure smooth operations and event success.
• Designed the competition structure, rules, scoring system, and schedule to maintain fairness and clarity for all participants.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully managed the competition with over 100 participants across Indonesia.
• Praised for our responsibility and communication by many participants.
