  • Handled and manage all duties for night activity during busy periods to maintain front desk efficiency.
  • Answered multi-line phone system to respond inquiries or request and transfer calls to correct departments.
  • Uses quick response and dynamic service skills to build relationships with guests and other department staff to increase service excellence to customer retention rates.
  • Open Extranet and check reservation collected today. Check the Extranet and reservations received today, Make sure it matches what is in the hotel system.
  • Check in house guest list (Folio, Profile, Nationality, Rate, and Payment). Make sure in-house guests have been validated.
  • Check supporting documents (Payment, Voucher, Guarantee Letter, Group Contract Agreement) are collect and attach on registration card or group rooming list.
  • Controlled all transactions using Credit or Debit Card with he summary print out EDC machine. If it's balance, do the settlement on the EDC machine.
  • Check all closings of all shift departments. Ensure supporting documents are complete and all cashiers in all departments have been closed.
  • Check Double Occupancy, Package Distribution, Room Count Sheet, Daily Card, and Guest Ledger. Balancing and resolving discrepancies.
  • Print Night Audit Report (Before and After), then Running Night Audit on system.
  • Generated and printed Daily Night Audit Reports to track hotel performance. Send to General Manager and cc to HOD.
  • Check Guest Ledger and double check Outstanding Balance for expected departure.
  • Check inventory form, inventory key, guest supplies, printer, & stationery, etc.

  • Receive and create reservations and don't forget to upsell or promote Hotel's booking application.
  • Used internal software to process reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Prepare for Expected Arrival next day, blocking room, and double check remark on system. Maybe there are VIP or Repeater, then order VIP treatment.
  • Handle check-in & check-out for FIT, Group, VIP & Repeater Guests. Give them best service, smooth check-in & check-out.
  • Collect payment (Cash, Credit-Debit Card, Deposit), and posting to their folio.
  • Check guest check in list, complete voucher or supporting document and attach on registration card.
  • Mingle to our guest regarding their experience stay with our hotel, than maybe want to give positif comment to Trip.ad or Google Review.
