2022-2024 as Project Director of the Construction of the Rizki Ilhami Villa 2 Housing Complex, Munawarah Sawangan Cluster, Depok with an area of

3 hectares with a total construction of 180 housing units.

As a project director, he is responsible for sales, promotions, and sales realization by paying KPR in collaboration with the Bank parties, especially at the beginning of the project so that cash flow can be maintained properly.
