• Tested the AJT Cognitive Test, a new psychological test made by UGM to assess whether the questions are appropriate. Successfully conducted the test in 4 school in Bogor and 4 kindergartens in South Jakarta

• Helped the recruitment process of candidates of the reporter from making a phone call to scoring the psychological test result of the candidates

• Helped the HR division in processing the data of 360 degree, a method to assess the employee of VICO Indonesia. The data processed will be used to make the assessment reports of the employee

• Worked with a child psychologist, observed the children were suspected of having behavioral disorders at scholl or home and conducted the home program for the children
