Responsible:

- Execute supply chain operational direction and strategy in accordance with business of strategy.

Job Description:

- Provide input in budgeting and forecasting for sales, order and business planning to achieve organizational objectives.

- Receiving and processing orders from customers by deliver them to all related department, also put it in to the system (ERP / SAP), and responsible for on time delivery.

- Works closely with related department to ensure goods are deliver on time (Purchasing, Scheduling (PPIC), Production, Exim, Development & Finance).

- Correspondence with customers, factory and others by phones and emails.

- Analyze factory order collaboration worksheet (OCW), pre-build, long lead time, FGCT/size spike requests, production plan alignment to policy, order prioritization, order adjustments, and on time delivery in collaboration with the Buyer and focused on optimizing our plans.

Responsible:

- Interpret sales forecast number from all customers (local & export) into production planning up to finished goods stock.

- Manage raw/packaging materials orders and incomings to match with process, packaging, and warehouse planning.

- Cooperate with other departments; Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering to in line with business planning.

Job Description:

- Make a production plan based Sales Marketing plan

- Make a material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal with MRP system

- Make a standard stock (there are minimum and maximum limits that must be available)

- Monitor all inventory for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of market entry process and continue to run smoothly and in balance

- Making evaluation of the production, sales and inventory conditions

- Develope a schedule for the production process at the time, route, & the right qty so that goods can be delivered on time and in accordance with customer demand

Job Description:

- Teaching kids aged 3- 5 in groups of up to 8 students

- Planning and delivering lessons to children

- Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
