Involved in driving digitalization and AI adoption to maximize business growth, starting with Asuransi Simas Jiwa (ASJ). Spearheaded the digital transformation of ASJ, reinventing the traditional insurance company to meet the demands of the modern market. The project eliminated tedious paperwork and introduced a seamless, personalized customer journey.
Key features included an intuitive product selection process, real-time competitor comparisons, and a simulator to estimate insurance costs. Customers could also easily add or edit beneficiary information and access their accounts without needing passwords. Additionally, digital support through omnichannel services like chat and video consultations was introduced. The new ASJ platform, launched in April 2023, revolutionized the way customers interact with insurance, providing a simple, smart, and convenient experience from purchase to claim. This transformation not only helped ASJ catch up with its digital competitors, but also exceeded customer expectations at every touchpoint.
Alongside the transformation of Asuransi Simas Jiwa, my current focus is on revamping Simobi+, Bank Sinarmas' mobile banking app, to align with evolving market trends and customer expectations. In this project, I am responsible for sections covering a range of banking products, including savings, investments, loans, and credit cards. My role is to ensure that users can seamlessly open accounts and manage their financial portfolios.
The revamped Simobi+ will offer a more intuitive and accessible user experience, simplifying transactions and enhancing overall customer satisfaction and engagement across all financial touchpoints.
I was one of the first hires at Qoala, a leading insurtech startup with a mission to democratize insurance through innovative technology and digital processes. Qoala offers a range of insurance products - life, health, motor vehicle, property, and more - delivered through a fast, transparent, and user-friendly experience via its app and website. As Southeast Asia's largest omnichannel insurtech, Qoala operates in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, partnering with over 30 insurers and collaborating with major unicorn companies like Traveloka, Shopee, and Kredivo.
At Qoala, I played a key role in building the brand from its early concept. I developed the branding and creative visual assets, as well as the entire insurance application ecosystem. This involved optimizing the purchase journey, policy management, and claims system. I also helped create white-label insurance and claims apps for multiple SEA unicorn companies, supporting their integration into the digital insurance space.
As the founder of Ollaworks, I specialize in transforming ideas into compelling visuals across various domains. Our expertise includes brand development and visual design, creating cohesive brand identities that resonate with target audiences. We also provide digital solutions, designing and developing effective platforms such as EDMs (Email Direct Marketing), websites, mobile apps, and dashboards to enhance user engagement. In the publishing sector, we produce impactful magazines and annual reports that effectively convey corporate narratives.
