Being part of Tuberculosis Private Sector project funded by USAID, this role is responsible to roll out pilot implementation of the electronic referral tool in implementing districts (Medan) together with FHI360 counterpart. Scope of work of this role covers :

  • Engage local stakeholders (district health offices, pharmacy associations, FHI360, other healthcare professionals associations) and implementing pharmacies together with FHI360 counterpart
  • Conduct training for implementing pharmacies and health facilities prior to implementation of e-referral tool
  • Coordinate field implementation activities, such as kick-off launch, meetings and trainings as well as regular consultative meetings together with FHI360 counterpart
  • Develop training materials for pharmacy professionals and health facility staff related to presumptive TB referral implementation and digital supply chain intervention
  • Coordinate and manage field operational activities, reporting and administration
  • Classify issues and analyze information to identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Oversee production and distribution of marketing collaterals and printed materials for in-person meetings and trainings, including job aids
