Being part of Tuberculosis Private Sector project funded by USAID, this role is responsible to roll out pilot implementation of the electronic referral tool in implementing districts (Medan) together with FHI360 counterpart. Scope of work of this role covers :

• Engage local stakeholders (district health offices, pharmacy associations, FHI360, other healthcare professionals associations) and implementing pharmacies together with FHI360 counterpart
• Conduct training for implementing pharmacies and health facilities prior to implementation of e-referral tool
• Coordinate field implementation activities, such as kick-off launch, meetings and trainings as well as regular consultative meetings together with FHI360 counterpart
• Develop training materials for pharmacy professionals and health facility staff related to presumptive TB referral implementation and digital supply chain intervention
• Coordinate and manage field operational activities, reporting and administration
• Classify issues and analyze information to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Oversee production and distribution of marketing collaterals and printed materials for in-person meetings and trainings, including job aids

This role is responsible to carry out a standardized ancillary services (Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Medical Rehabilitation, Dietician) for all hospital units under Mayapada Hospital Group. Scope of work for this role is not limited to:

• Establish SOPs in ancillary services based on best practices on regular basis.
• Perform regular audit and deliver coaching for 5 departments in Ancillary services.
• Monitor and develop supply analysis for inventory management
• Develop throughput and revenue analysis for ancillary services
• Collaborate with human resources team to develop manpower analysis for ancillary services.
• Collaborate with medical and procurement team to develop standardized group hospital formulary.
• Contribute in new Mayapada Hospital project development.
• Contribute in hospital accreditation (KARS) for 4 hospital units.
• Establish ciritical thinking to break down problem, evaluate solution and provide suggestion.

• Oversee and responsible for pharmacy services through hospital
• Supervised 1 clinical pharmacist, 12 pharmacists and 42 pharmacist assistants
• Manage new pharmacists allocation to related unit and develop internal coaching
• Setting KPI for all members of Pharmacy Department
• Developing centralization of inpatient pharmacy regular and BPJS in order to increase efficiency and support pharmacist assistants to pursue Diploma degree.
• Developed team communications and information for meetings
• Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork
• Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service

• Responsible for all the medicine distributed to inpatient patients and all chemotherapy medicine (oral medicine excluded) distributed throughout the hospitals
• Supervised a total of 17 pharmacist assistants and one pharmacist
• Responsible for inventory level in inpatient pharmacy and chemotherapy inventory level
• Develop ODD (once daily dosing) medicine distribution system for inpatient services
• Develop initiative in to minimizing patient-return-medication hence increase workflow and decrease manpower
• Participated in a clinical trial conducted in the hospital
• Participated in SNARS Edisi Pertama Hospital Accreditation

• Responsible for all the reconstituted chemotherapy medicine distributed to all chemotherapy patients, including outpatient and inpatient
• Manage all chemotherapy inventory level in the hospital
• Regularly hold aseptic dispensing training for chemotherapy assistant pharmacists
• Supervised a total of 8 chemotherapy pharmacist assistants
• Develop a new work flow in chemotherapy services and inventory level

• Responsible for all the medicine distributed to inpatient patients
• Conduct second screening of inpatient medication reports
• Manage inventory level in inpatient warehouse
• Supervised a total of 9 inpatient pharmacist assistants
• Developing initiatives in patient medication labeling in effort to decrease dispensing time.

• Responsible for inpatient’s medication use and effectiveness
