Developed skills in a theatre environment, focusing on teamwork, efficiency, problem solving and time management. I have done a number of theatrical productions in the community theatre circle over the past several years this has taught me to be flexible and made me into a valuable team member. Im hoping to use these skills in a new position outside the theatre world while still being involved with the arts.
- Working backstage at the Morrison center in various departments.
- Assisted in show load in, load out and any areas needing assistance during a given production
- Maintained inventory of supplies, ensuring readiness for events and activities.
- Adapted quickly to changing environments and needs
- Kept work areas clean, organized, and safe to promote efficiency and team safety.
- Established positive relationships with other staff members.
- Collaborated with team of 30+ in the development of Grease the musical with BSU's theatre program.
- Supervised team of 2 Assistant stage managers.
- Used Google Sheets to develop scenic tracking spreadsheets.
