• Integrated the budgeting platform with SAP to streamline data exchange.
• Implemented a complete budget approval workflow with notification support.
• Developed analytical dashboards to help monitor and manage budget allocations efficiently.

Backoffice 2.0 – Built from Scratch
Led the end-to-end development of Backoffice 2.0 to support operational efficiency and scalability. Key modules delivered include:

• User Management: Account creation, role-based access control, and activity tracking.
• Loan Management: Oversight of loan lifecycle, approval flow, and disbursement management.
• Portfolio Management: Monitoring and reporting tools for investment and loan portfolios.
• Voucher Management: Campaign creation, distribution, and usage tracking.
• Operational Tools Menu: Custom utilities to support internal workflows and manual interventions.

KoinGold (Gold Investment Product)

• Analyzed monthly user and transaction data to create product performance metrics.
• Collected and refined feature requirements based on user behavior and market trends.
• Successfully launched KoinGold Gift, enabling users to send gold investments as digital gifts.

KoinBond (Bond Investment Product)

• Designed and improved features to increase user engagement and usability.

• Developed new APIs to enable partner integration and open banking services.

• Collected and mapped enterprise data from 48 applications across Bank Mandiri.
• Conducted analysis on functionality and interface redundancy using FSD/TSD documentation.
• Performed validation and confirmation sessions with respective Application PICs.
• Imported application and interface data into MEGA HOPEX EA tools for architecture modeling.
• Facilitated coaching sessions on data collection, data import, and automated reporting using HOPEX.
