• Planning daily target volume for land transportation departement
• Planning and monitoring shipment in East Indonesia area (7 ports, 12-15 shipment/month)

• Sourcing, negotiating, and dealing with ship's owner to fulfill sales team need's
• Manage time chartered vessel's operations (2 sets of tugboat & barge)
• Evaluate and analyze time chartered vessel's cost
• Solving problem that might occur during delivery
• Supervising person in charge on delivery from seller
• Develop SOP of shipment activities in port.

• Working together with 2PL (trucking company) to meet the target volume of CPO delivery (from mill to bulking port/refinery) in Sulawesi area (2017-2018)
• Working together with 2PL (trucking company) to meet the target volume of CPO delivery (from mill to bulking port) in Sumatera area (2018-2019)
• Planning and monitoring the delivery
• Solving problem that might occur during delivery
• Coordinate with team on site about delivery plan and stock
• Review 2PL performance

Right after I graduated from college, I join this 2 years program. This program consist of 4 months in class training, and 20 months of On The Job Training in 3 different company & function:

• PT United Tractors Tbk - Finance Advisory
• Project: feasibility study for some projects that can boost company revenue and improve customer intimacy; such as expand a new site support and renovate warehouse

• PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk - Human Capital
• Project: create a program to improve harvester productivity and maintain harvester turnover, also involved in implementation of automation program

• PT Astra Port - Marketing
• Project: In charge of company rebranding program, including create company vision-mission-value, and website renewal.
