Am a fast learner, with a good analytical skill. I have more than 10 years of experience and knowledge in handling export import of chemical goods

I handle 2 different division at the same time ( both Procurement and Export Import)

Being a supervisor for Procurement,i do the dealing with supplier in parallel i also forecast the market to make sure whether the price is still do able for sales team to achieve the target for the next few months

I have a good connection with existing suppliers and i also able to establish a new connection with new supplier in order to procure products to be sold

Being a supervisor for export import department, i have to check the import documents, such as Bill of Leading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin

As an export import supervisor i also have on field knowledge about demorage calculation, tanker specifications, tank specifications, vessel berthing procedure at the terminal, etc

Together with PPJK, i supervise the custom clearance process (such as: filing in data in CEISA 4.0, checking the inputted PIB)because i have knowledge in custom clearance (Kepabeanan)

Eventhough i work in the export import division, i also understand about the legal documentation
when i need to go to Kementrian Perdagangan, Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup, BPOM, Kementrian Perindustrian
(Especially for Solvent Chemical)

I also have knowledge about Pusat Logistik Brikat, since previously PKG Lautan Indonesia wants to be PLB and im the PIC for this project.

I also support Sumitomo Indonesia to supply Linear Alkyl Benzene to Unilever Indonesia as PLB

I supervised the Notary Public when taking care of company permits by using OSS

Sync up with Finance Manager to compile the sales data,stock data, employee data in order to build Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal

Together with Finance Manager, in order to support the Sales Manager, i do the forecasting to import Solvent Chemical quarterly
And I will do a sync up every month with Finance Manager to update the forecasting

I also support the Finance Manager, to breaking down the sale price component (such as: insurance, interest, finance cost, etc) to make sure the selling price is accurate

I also have a good knowledge in finance such as LC, Bank Garansi (BG), etc

I have good connection with BNN and Bareskrim in order to taking care of the import approval for non pharmacy precursor goods
