Develop and implement an effective fashion retail business strategy for all retail stores/counters throughout Indonesia around 45 Depstore and handle SPG mobile 15.
Calculate and maintain the margin percentage between operational costs (labor costs) vs monthly sales achievement.
Build and maintain good relationships and cooperation with related Department Stores to optimize sales at each counter.
Carrying out good cooperation and negotiations with every related Department Store throughout Indonesia to carry out sales strategies such as setting double expose promos, relocating counters, etc.
Carry out forecasts / estimates of sales targets by calculating efficient & effective operational costs
Determine, implement and monitor the effective and efficient performance of the store/counter operational team.
Selling products needed for hotels, hospitals, salons, barbershops, golf in B2B collaboration
Leading and guiding a team of sales people to meet and achieve the company's sales objectives efficiently and effectively
Manage sales team, supervise, challenge, motivate and develop team members
Has good leadership and control functions over team performance at each counter, has strong problem solving skills and is able to provide training, coaching and motivate the entire team in the store (SPG/SPB) to achieve sales targets.
