Provided in-home care to foster children, many of whom were diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome and related disorders, in the following ways:

- Vacuumed, cleaned up toys and washed dishes to help family members with housekeeping tasks.
- Prepared tasty meals and snacks for children.
- Encouraged children to transition from diapers and assisted in development of good restroom habits.
- Supported children's academic success by assisting them with homework assignments when needed.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills when addressing conflicts or disagreements among children, resulting in peaceful resolutions that maintain harmony within the home.
- Observed behavior of anywhere from one to eight children at a time between a week old and sixteen years of age and reported concerning behavior to the foster parent.
- Assisted with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation to maintain an organized living space for both parents and children.
- Contributed to a safe and nurturing environment, effectively minimizing accidents and injuries during playtime.
- Administered prescribed medications in accordance with written instructions.
- Maintained home environment that complied with Child and Family Services regulations.
- Used positive reinforcement techniques to promote patience and other good behaviors in children.
