As a member of Internal Public Relations at Indonesian Student Association Deventer, I am responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication between members of the organization and the board. My duties include delivering activities-related information, organizing internal meetings, and collecting member feedback to improve engagement and collaboration. I also drafted promotional materials and event documentation to increase member visibility and participation. Through this experience, I developed communication, organizational, and teamwork skills essential in a multicultural environment and strengthened my ability to build good relationships within the community.

In the Tourist Guiding course practicum project, I acted as a Tour Leader and Tour Guide for a trip to Jogjakarta. My responsibilities included planning the itinerary, organizing travel logistics, and briefing participants on the various attractions visited. As a guide, I was tasked with providing in-depth information on local culture, history, and attractions and answering questions from participants to ensure an informative and enjoyable experience. Through this experience, I honed my communication, leadership, and challenge-solving skills while strengthening my understanding of the importance of quality service in the tourism industry.

o Project Manager - Creation of a Bilingual Guidebook for Hotel Royal Ambarrukmo Jogjakarta.

In semester 4 of college, I was a Project Manager in Project-Based Learning, which focused on creating a Bilingual Guidebook for Hotel Royal Ambarrukmo Jogjakarta. I led the team in designing and compiling an informative and engaging guide in two languages (Indonesian and English) to help tourists have a more immersive experience in the hotel and surrounding area. My duties included organizing the team's workflow, assigning tasks, monitoring the quality of the content, and coordinating with the lecturers and the hotel to ensure the guide's content met their standards and needs. Through this project, I developed leadership, time management, and cross-cultural communication skills essential in tourism and hospitality.

o As the Chief Executive of Expo Campus SMAN 1 Pandaan on January 27-29, 2022, I led the team in designing and organizing the annual event to provide higher education information to the students of SMAN 1 Pandaan. My responsibilities included coordination with participating higher education alumni of SMAN 1 Pandaan, logistics planning, and operational supervision for the event to run smoothly. I also ensured effective communication with the team, the school, and the participants so that all activities took place as scheduled and the event's objectives were well achieved. I developed solid leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills through this role.
