Excel at communication, leadership, and problem-solving to improve operational efficiencies and team performance. Committed to maintaining safety standards and meeting production goals with precision.
Product Inventory Management - Provide weekly clarity on the Product WIP, with a projected outlook to key modules/steps to ensure planned intercepts on key wave/module lots. Weekly alignment meeting with the leads.
Key lot health tracking – Monitor health of Key lots (Priority / Waves) and highlight potential issues to the team for priority or lot changes. Manage Vintage table to track key processing and health metrics for Priority Lots / Waves.
Product Execution – Review SWR execution and QDRs to capture issues with execution or the line that results in wafers loss or potential impact at inline / probe. Follow up with the team to determine root cause and related actions to eliminate repeat issues. Weekly reporting of the issues and actions.
Product Line Review – Daily / weekly review to ensure Product line and LTP is on track to identify any gaps and improve line visibility.
Line yield Management – Review wafer drop requests and ensure controlled execution of drops to maintain LY commits. Assist with line disposition based on Vintages.
Traveler Management - Work with the PICC and PI team members to ensure all BKMs are followed. Assist with Traveler Revisions and related data collection from the Team. DTM Management - Manage the tactical portion of the DTM, and follow up with the tracking and completion of key action items.
Priority Slot Management – Work with the OPS Team and PI Leads to ensure that the priority slots are kept filled and have sufficient backups.
Assist with the development / deployment of new systems / practices that improve Line management.
Expertise in the above functions / related systems should be used to improve the overall skills of the Engineering Team.
Represent DRAM PI in external / cross-functional teams that works to improve Line management / Logistics and implement it within the Team.
Supervise DRAM PI Techs whose primary role is to contribute to Engineering projects (mentored) and support PI Module owners with Engineering projects / tasks while also ensuring project and line efficiency aligned with overall DRAM Project and Team goals.
Take appropriate classes to be familiar with the Process flows that the DRAM Team is actively working on (Baseline Travelers / flows) – this can initially be learning from PI Module owners on new parts and eventually through formal training classes – this is critical to effectively support the various functions in this role.
