- Working in the mining industry as a heavy equipment electrical engineer from October 2016 until now in Thriveni Earthmovers Mining, Ltd, as well as Thriveni Indo Mining Indonesia operation.
- Experience in handling Liebherr Excavator R996, R994, and R9350. Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, such as boom up and down problems, swing movement issues, machine operating slow issues, and engine RPM issues.
- Having experience in attending major BD, BST controller problem, GLR problem, ESP01 controller problem, and joystick problem rectifying.
- Experience in error code troubleshooting as per OEM procedure.
- Experience in handling Hitachi excavator EX3600, EX2500-5, and -6 models, including operating issues, engine lagging problem, temperature issues, ladder issues, engine ECM problem, sensor, and controller problems.
- Hydraulic pump solenoid, contamination sensor, pressure sensor maintenance, and replacement.
- Experience in handling Letourneau loaders L2350, L1850, and L950 maintenance, troubleshooting in ground fault issues, armature and field converter status clamp, main alternator, wheel motor related troubleshooting, control cards, armature converter panel, and maintenance activities.
- Electrical Fuel Injector System troubleshooting in MTU16V4000, Cummins QSK45, Cummins QSK50 engines, KTA50.
- Experience in CAT Engine, C9, C15, and C13 drilling machine engines troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in CAN BUS, MODULES, PLC systems troubleshooting.
- All circuit readings.
- Experience in material planning and materials requirement for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Manpower handling as a team leader.
