Back of House positions range from making the chicken sandwiches to breeding and dishes

• I was trained on primary, secondary, fries, breakfast, and prep
• On primary, make and bag sandwiches
• On secondary, box nuggets and strips, put chicken on salads, and box mac n cheese
• On prep, make romaine lettuce, slice the tomatoes, make soup chicken, and make pans of mac n cheese
• On Fries, salt and package fries
• Restock areas, put dishes back into their proper homes, clean and mop the floors, take trashes out
• As a Trainer expected to teach the positions of primary, secondary, fries, or show any new hires what and where things go as needed
• Trained four people on breakfast and four people on fries
• Truck Team: put away inventory received on truck each morning and keep track of items received to later receive them in the system
• Placing Truck Order: look at what the whole store has every morning, keep track of the stores stock, and place an online order of what the store needs for the days that follow
• As Truck Lead am in charge of a small team of people to ensure that truck has been put away properly and that the store has received all items
• If there are any issues with products, fellow team members contact the truck lead

• Mostly washed dishes, would also do prep work, such as making chicken strips, bag foods, or restocking items in fridge that were nearly out
