  • Ensure BD-USAID lab strengthening project is executing and running, including; application training, troubleshooting and QC
  • Monitoring and updating information for the entire site where TB Lab which have diagnostic & drug resistancy instrument (MGIT & BD MAX)
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting for interoperability between SITB and Epicenter software data management

Supporting for New Instrument Installation and training for Laboratories or Institution in Indonesia

  • Providing technical expertise and support stakeholders regarding automated Clinical microbiology from specimen, culturing, identification, susceptibility to reporting
  • Ensure after installation customer will get proper and comprehensive application training comply to BD standard
  • Monitoring first running and knowledge upgrade after installation to endorse customer to adopt best practices

Supporting BD DS reagent utilization, application and marketing activities

  • Ensure the entire site where instrument installed (Phoenix and MGIT) using reagent properly according BD recommendation
  • Supporting e-catalog documentation and requirement to expand BD market in the public hospitals and local MoH and involve in the marketing event
  • Trouble shooting application in the customer in coordination with other team members, to make sure response within 2 two working days
  • Offer consultancy services to clients on the selection, customization, and optimization of medical devices to meet their specific needs, providing recommendations and solutions tailored to their requirements
  • Provide scientific information about the products, and gather market intelligence to inform the company’s strategies
