My primary role is to support the management and execution of EMITS company projects and various deliverables outlined by clients regarding the advisory, program development and implementation, measurement, reporting, and data platform enhancements.

I am also appointed as a Management Committee member to undertake directly or provide advice, assist or oversee other EMITS team members in the following:

• set up, review, and implement QHSE Management System based ISO, Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), SMK3 PP 50/2012 in Corporate, projects and owned assets;
• conduct self-audit of projects and owned assets related to ESG requirements; report environmental self-audit results to stakeholders (BOD, investors/lenders) and provide support projects and owned assets to follow up on any environmental issue identified;
• supervise the collection and analysis of ESG data (according to GRI) to track performance and identify areas for improvement; preparation of PMO documentation & Governance;
• collaborate with other stream leaders' project execution; ensure project and owned assets align with company standards, adhere to requirements and stakeholder requirements (e.g IFC, GIIP, Equator Principles) as per timeline, and deliver results as per plan; ESAP and ESMP implementation;
• Managing a team of health, safety, social and environmental (HSSE) personnel;
• Oversee training plan, matrix and materials and conduct regular ESMS training for organization staff and third-party EPC and O&M contractors;
• As grievance officer and focal point related to emergency and incident management.
• in charge of obtaining and providing an update related to HSE Legislation, licenses, and permits (e.g AMDAL, UKL-UPL, ESIA, ESDD)

This position is a part of Cleantech Solar's HSSE & SP Team and reports to the HSSE & SP SEA Regional Manager. The primary purpose of the role will be to deliver Goal Zero HSSE performance in solar projects and operations at Cleantech Solar Indonesia. Key roles are as follows:

• guide, support and facilitate ownership, implementation, and improvement of HSSE requirements including workplace safety, personal safety, asset integrity, and management of health, security, and environmental hazards;
• liaison and ad interim regarding social aspects with Corporate SP (Social Performance) Manager and assist with monitoring of contractors' implementation of social & environmental requirements;
• in charge of reviewing risk assessment related to HSSE, method statements, and project due diligence; promoting IFC PS requirements and ESMS program for rooftop PV Solar System in Indonesia; ensure that the ESMS program, e.g ESMMP (Environment & Social Management & Monitoring Plan) is implemented and documented accordingly;
• conduct the report and monitoring of the ESMS reports and programs; assigned as ESMS Internal Auditor and perform audits for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore sites;
• act as a company representative (PIC) for IFC PS2 (labor and working condition) audit performed by a third party;
• assigned as Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) Officer for all Indonesia sites;
• lead HSSE resources of EPC contractors; assist company recertification for ISO 45001 and Bizsafe;
• support the implementation of improvement programs such as Life Saving Rules, Emergency Response, HSSE training programs, Safety Leadership, Safety Supervision Programs, Worksite Hazard Management, and control of work.

PT Jakarta Solusi Lestari was established to build, develop, and operate the ITF Sunter Waste to Energy (WtE) based power plant. This role was aimed to take a lead in the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Security, and Community - Social. Key roles were as follows:

• in charge of providing advice related to QHSE issues to Top Management;
• appointed as a focal point for managing the Security team and Emergency Response Team to secure and respond to any threat and or emergency that affects Company/ ITF Sunter WtE premises;
• assigned as ad-interim Grievance Redress and Tracking Mechanism (GRTM) officer;
• assigned as an ad-interim company representative related to the Resettlement Action Plan and Livelihood Restoration Plan (RAP/ LRP);
• in charge of obtaining and providing an update related to HSE Legislation, licenses, and permits (e.g AMDAL, UKL-UPL, ESIA, ANDALALIN, SLF) as well as any other Shareholder's Directives.

PT Colliers International Indonesia was appointed as a Project Management Consultant to oversee the project execution of the Ice Cream Factory construction as required by YILI Group (client), Indonesia regulations, and standards.

This role was for a short-term employment contract aimed to lead the implementation of the Project HSE Management Plan as expected by the Client.

In this role, my mission was to assist Regional QHSE Manager and Plant Quality Manager in applying the Global QHSE Management System requirements as well as compliance obligations in Cikampek Plant.

Accomplishment:

• achieve 300.000 safe working hours without fatal injury;
• retain Company certification in Quality, Safety & Health, Environment (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, SMK3 - gold flag, ISO 9001);
• indoor Air Quality Improvement;
• warehouse Safety Improvement;
• energy efficiency as a part of the Global Sustainability Program;
• temporary Hazardous Waste Storage Modification.

In this role, my mission was to assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in applying QHSE Management System requirements in all CG Power System projects
Accomplishment:

• successfully manage 37 sites Air Insulated Switchgear Expansion Project;
• 2 sites Gas Insulated Switchgear Uprating Project and 1 Mobile Substation Project without any Fatal Injury;
• retain Company certification in Quality, Safety & Health, Environment (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).

In this role, my mission was to oversee SHE Management System implementation at Tripatra Operation, both Corporate level and Project Level
Accomplishment:

• obtain Zero Accident Award from the Ministry of Manpower;
• obtain Gold Flag for HSE Management System Certification based on PP 50 2012;
• obtain Company certification in Quality, Safety & Health, Environment (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001);
• successfully deploy SHE eLearning system and CAPA online system.

In this role, my mission was to implement an OTS (Operator Training System). These were not limited to:

• setting up training programs and schedules, delivering training as required,
• developing an e-Learning System, training plan, lesson plan, assessment, and evaluation, developing training modules, video, and multimedia for training illustration, and maintaining a training budget as planned, liaise and maintain training provider database as well as liaise with government.

In this role, my mission was to implement SHE Management System at Tripatra Head Office such as workplace inspection, emergency preparedness & response, SHE Training, SHE campaigns, SHE Internal & External Audits, and assigned as a team member of Iso 14001:2004 certification.

Accomplishment:

• successfully deploy Environmental Management System at Jambi Merang Gas Development Project as a Pilot Project for ISO 14001:2004 Certification.
