• To develop incentive or allowance mechanism as required by the business and doing the calculation regularly as well
• To develop small scale of salary survey within the micro anking industry regularly as part of benchmarking business salary to market
• To evaluate and give suggestion the business the effectivities of incentive scheme in relation to business achievement
• To facilitate and do the evaluation process on salary structure as per business required

• To coordinate & socialize all policy and job guidance for all HCRM within the directorate
• Participate as trainer for new branch manager induction program
